The complete shipping of the products will be done by India Post. And reverse shipping also done vice versa. We do not do business outside India so shipping is not done outside India.
After the order is dispatched you will receive tracking details in your email or message. The product will be delievered within 6-7 business days to the given address.
We provide reverse pickup at selected pin codes. In this case, the refund will be issued once the product reaches us. You can exchange or return by sending us the product by self-Courier. Doing this will be faster than a a reverse pickup.
Monthly subscription fees (if any) and Course purchased are non-refundable. For annual subscriptions, you may be eligible for a refund based on the remaining unused months of your subscription period. Refunds are processed in accordance with the terms outlined below. Unused or expired credits are not eligible for refund at any circumstances
To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our customer support team at ashrafmuzammil@gmail.com within 3 working days of canceling your subscription.
Before the product is getting shipped, cancellation requests should be submitted. Cancellation requests cannot be processed after the product has been shipped. The product will reach you, then the client wants to reship it without unboxing it. We will not refund the shipping cost after the product has been shipped.
